Stub objects not created when Display Name Mapper is used (4306487)

When using collaboration services to synchronize calendars stub objects are not created on the target when a Display Name Mapper is used, the following error is received within the ACSalerts.log:

Attribute 'sn' not found in object(s):

This issue was due to the minimum number of attributes being selected to be synchronized within the publication properties.

To resolve this issue the attributes to be synchronized was increased to maximum in order to allow the creation of stub object.
