Problem when importing connections from toad: secureblackboxlicense key is not set. (4329828)

When pressing "Import connections" and selecting Toad for Oracle 12.12, Code Tester for Oracle returns an error about secureblackboxlicense key is not set.

WORKAROUND 1 

1.Close Toad and Code Tester
2.Go to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\12.12\User Files
3.Open the file Connections.xml with notepad
4.For the connections you want to import please change the flag SavePassword from True to False

Note that by changing this the password will not be saved in toad.

WORKAROUND 2

1. Open toad for Oracle
2. Go Session | New Connection 
3.Make sure the checkbox  "Save Password" is unchecked for the connections you want to import.
