Renaming arguments in original code does not propagate to test code (4318842)

I changed the name of a function argument from String_Arg to pString as part of some refactoring and then in QCTO pressed 'Generate' to recreate the test code, but QCTO didn't seem to be aware that I had changed the parameter name in the original package   I had to go fix all the calls in the test cases by hand.  Is it possible to propagate such refactoring automatically or, at least, have QCTO tell me that the parameter name has changed or call arguments have changed and prompt to fix them up?
