The execution order is not being adhered to when running the tests (4238214)

When there are Unit Tests that should run in a different order than how they were created, by clicking on the Test program you can change the "Unit Test Order"

This works ok and the column: QU_UNIT_TEST.EXECUTION_ORDER will show the proper order.

But when trying to execute the test cases, the creation order is used, but not the execution order.
Because of this, it's possible for test cases to fail.

Firstly, please backup 'qu_results_xp' and 'qu_test' packages, before applying this patch.

Please execute the attached scripts against your repository schema. This should fix the issue.
