The Change Auditor coordinator suddenly stopped and could not be started giving the error detailed in the attached change auditor coordinator log. The Coordinator starts and then stops within seconds,Reviewing the Coordinator logs there is the following

Coordinator is failing to make a connection to the Root DC to get the Site Information
Could be an issue in AD with Duplicate SPN
When the Coordinator start up it makes a .net call to Active Directory to get the site information, but this is failing.

9.Try running this from a Child Domain DC or Root Domain DC, it will also provide the same success or failure of results that may help troubleshoot the issue or Contact Microsoft for further assistance as there are issues connecting from the Child Domain to the Root Domain
Check also the Application, system and security logs on the DCs for any Errors.
