Newly added Exchange Severs do not appear as available Mail Servers within the Archive Manager Website.
原因
New Exchange Servers do not have mailboxes or any items in the mailboxes.
解决办法
Create a mailbox with items on the new Exchange Servers.

If the the Exchange servers do not have mailboxes, they will be hidden in Archive Manager. If the Exchange servers do have mailboxes, but with no items, they will also be hidden from Archive Manager.
The following select statement run against the Archive Manager database will return a list of Mail Servers that have been detected:
select * from mailserver
