Trying to restore messages with attachments from Quest Archive Manager, Recovery Manager for Exchange return the next error in the logs:
WORKAROUND 1(Delete temp files)
1. On the Quest ArchiveManager server, go to C:\WIndows\Temp folder and delete all .tmp files found
2. Try to run another restore
WORKAROUND 2(Force old API)
1. Open the registry editor on the Recovery Manager for Exchange server.
2. Search for the next path:
For 32 bits:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Quest\Recovery Manager for Exchange]
For 64 bits:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest\Recovery Manager for Exchange]
3. Add the next string value depending the bitness of the Recovery Manager for Exchange version installed.
