1. Find the message id which cannot be searched by keyword searching.
e.g. here the messageid is 21;
select * from Message where Subject like '%Email 03-Different file name%'
select * from FTPartition
3.Run the following script below to check whether the message has been indexed or not.
e.g. here I want to check whether the message which id equals to 21 is indexed, so I set the @MessageId to 21 and @LastUSN to 10010.
See the picture below, it shows the message has been indexed after executing the script:

If the message indexed by executing the above steps, we need to check the FTS by the below steps:
1. Open the debug mode that set the log level to "DEBUG" in the AM root folder file Quest.AM.logging.config.
3. Search the keyword trying to find the message, the keyword is "Email 03".
The scope "Entire Archive" is for searching all the messages which you have permission to view it, the scope "All Mailboxes" is for searching all the messages which belong to the mailbox which linked to the current account.
4. Open the FTS.wlog file, you can find the temp table in the log file. here the table name is "AfterMail_TEMP.dbo.MFT_b882f0a3c03b69b18c7ff6dfac56ef54"
SELECT * FROM AfterMail_TEMP.dbo.MFT_b882f0a3c03b69b18c7ff6dfac56ef54 WHERE MessageID = @MessageId
