When connecting the Archive Manager Exchange Store Manager Service (ESM) or Data Loader Service (DL) to Exchange 2016 the following errors are observed in the MailboxID log or DataLoaderID.wlog for that dataloader:

80040401 = MAPI_E_TIMEOUT
- ESM unable to open Exchange 2016 Mailboxes.
- Outlook 2013 32bit can open Exchange 2016 mailboxes.
- This same problem can happen to the account running the Data Loader Service which connects to the Journal mailbox.
