Files are not correctly indexed and full text search is not working or is returning incorrect results.

To reindex all data please follow the described process. Keep in mind that the reindexing may take several weeks/months to complete.
Stop the Postprocessing service on the server and set it to disabled
Delete the data from the SQL server: DELETEFROM [MAMEXCH].[dbo].[EXCHANGEPAMPPPROCESSED] DELETEFROM [MAMEXCH].[dbo].[EXCHANGEPAMPPPROCESSEDEX] DELETEFROM [MAMEXCH].[dbo].[EXCHANGEPAMPPERROR] DELETEFROM [MAMEXCH].[dbo].[EXCHANGEPAMPPERROREX]
Delete the indexing data from the drive. You can get the path from Archive Manager Configuration:
You should see the following folders. Delete them.
Remove all plugins listed and create a new one
Add the following plugin:
Edit the settings by double-clicking the plugin and select Apply for all mailboxes:
Start the post processing service and set it back to automatically.
You can check the status of the indexing by running the following queries:
