After upgrading from 8.6.3.141 to 8.7.0.896 no mails could be sent from AA.
Sending test message failed. Could not load file or assembly 'System.Formats.Asn1, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
