When adding a new email address to the distribution list for scheduled reports the following error message appears after trying to save the change: Critical Error: Row not found or changed.
解决办法
Remove scheduled reports from Active Administrator database. In order to completely remove the schedules, the following steps need to be taken: 1. Full backup of the Active Administrator database. 2. Using the Transact-SQL command select into, backup the following tables: tblAuditingReportScedule, tblScheduledAuditingReport and tblScheduledAuditingReportEmailAddress. In this tables are saved the information for all scheduled reports, that may be needed in case several schedules are going to be recreated. 3. Delete all records from table tblAuditingReportScedule 4. Perform an OS restart in the server where Active Administrator services are installed, in order to refresh all settings. 5. Open Active Administrator console and add scheduled reports, including the new email addresses or distribution list.
