1) In the Active Administrator console go to "Configuration -> Agent Installation Settings"
2) In the Agent Logging section set the logging level to "Found Event Detail Level"
3) In the Auditing & ALerting section under Agents stop and then restart the agent
4) Wait a minute to allow the system to process the change.
5) Collect the agent logs from the agent %windir%\SLAgent\ folder.
6) Reset the logging level to the original level (Likely "Information Level (default)"
Note: If the agent level is left higher than the default all deployed agents will log at a higher level.
