"An internal error occurred" when using a Contains or Does Not Contain filter that contained an operator with multiple values.
For example, on the Skype for Business/Lync Enterprise Voice - Details insight, the Insight displayed an internal error when the customer added the following Contains filter: Caller Phone Number Contains +2 +3 +4....
Cause

Product defect.
Resolution

This issue is resolved in the latest Maintenance Release for Unified Communications - Analytics 8.2
