Cause

Microsoft.NET framework not registered correctly in IIS
Resolution

On the server with the UCA website open a command prompt as Administrator and run the following command.
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i
Select the server node is Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
Right click on the disabled ASP.NET modules and select Enable.
