1. To Export the Insights click on the Home Button | My Insights page
2. Click Manage insights
4. Select all or select each Insight you wish to export. You can also Group by Platform by clicking the "Group by platform" check box.
5. Click Export | Save the file to a location of your choice.
6. You can then Import the Insights.txt file from any profile in UCA to their default My Insights page or the user created Insights page (tab).
7. To Import, click Manage insights | Import and browse to the Insights.txt file
