After an update, clean install, or reinstall of the product when accessing the Analytics website you see:
"The page cannot be displayed"
You are using SSL when accessing the Analytics website, this appears to happen after an HTTP redirection.
IIS Configuration with HTTP Redirect enabled
1. Open Internet Information Services (IIS)
2. Single left click on the Default Website
3. Click HTTP Redirect
4. Disable the redirection
5. Right-click the Default Website and click Bindings...
6. Ensure you have a binding set for 443 and that the certificate is installed, if not create a new record for port 443 and add the certificate.
7. Run iisreset from command prompt
8. Access the website.
9. Readd HTTP redirection to direct users from HTTP to your HTTPS website.
