Description
When running a Lync Configuration collection you see the following error in the collection status:
Error: Unable to retrieve Lync configuration. Details: Resolution of the dependency failed, type = "Dell.UC.Common.Technologies.Interfaces.Lync.ILyncConfiguration", name = "(none)". Exception occurred while: while resolving. Exception is: InvalidOperationException - The current type, Dell.UC.Common.Technologies.Interfaces.Lync.ILyncConfiguration, is an interface and cannot be constructed. Are you missing a type mapping? ----------------------------------------------- At the time of the exception, the container was: Resolving Dell.UC.Common.Technologies.Interfaces.Lync.ILyncConfiguration,(none)

Cause
Files are being blocked in the Data Engine directory. -
Resolution
1. Stop the Dell UCCS Analytics Data Engine service
2. Run the following cmdlet from Windows PowerShell against the Data Engine Service directory to unblock all files:
gci "C:\Program Files\Dell\UCCS Analytics\Data Engine" | Unblock-File
3. Start the Dell UCCS Analytics Data Engine service
4. Verify your Lync Configuration Collection now completes as expected.
