Error, "Unable to connect to this server to retrieve license details"
Description

After setting up the services for the Toad BI suite and changing the services to another account other than the local system, the Toad Intelligence Central throws the following license error:
Unable to connect to this server to retrieve license details
Cause

When the Toad Intelligence Central service is setup to use an account other than local system, the licensing module is unable to read the license.

Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Manually re-enter the license in the Admin console after switching the service account user.
