User is encountering an issue in Toad for SQL Server 8.1 where schema compare is conducted between two stored procedures. The generate script button is greyed out after the wizard completes and it also shows as equal for both procedures which is incorrect.

Users can use Toad for SQL Server 8.0 where the issue is not observed.
