'CREATE keyword not found' error in Toad SQL Server when creating a Synchronization script (4377105)

After running a schema compare wizard, when you try to generate the sync script, Toad shows the following error: "CREATE keyword not found"

 

The parser is failing due to a Drop statements in a Stored Procedure, because the parser expects to have a create statement, then it's not and it fails. 

This issue may also occur when there isn't a Drop statement too. It can happen with CREATE statements also.
