How to How to disable/enable the Show Tips popup window in Toad for SQL Server?
This is referring to the Code Completion pop-up window in the Editor
You can Enable/Disable the pop-up window for Code Completion at
Menu Tools | Options,
Editor | Code Completion | General
You will see the checkbox 'Auto pop-up after'
