User types in a piece of code in the Toad Editor window and is expecting code completion pop up window (intelisense) to appear. The user gets the following error:
Exception: System.AccessViolationException
Message : Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

After the error, the user is able to manually type in the rest of the code and execute it.
