Problems with TOAD Date format. (4273463)

When a Stored Procedure is used from a Server that uses a Datetimefield, Toad sends the Date in this format "year-month-day" to the Server. But when

the Server logs in in a language the Date format is "Day.Month.Year".

So the Procedure does not get a Result as " Day.Manth.Year ". Is it possible to change the format?

WORKAROUND:

Go to the Start Parameters and you can edit the text by clicking "Yes" on the pop up message. See attached document for the " Changing Startup code
