When using "Compare and sync schema objects" Toad for SQL Server option it works fine and all differences are shown when comparing two SPs with 255 lines of code. However, when I compare a couple of SPs with almost 2500 lines of code, no differences are shown. I can see that beginning from the line number 2134 there are several unmarked differences.
Is this a bug or I have to set something in order to get all differences marked when comparing long SPs.
