Error "Concurrency violation" when trying to update data -
Description
When I am trying to update data generates a "Concurrency violation" error.
Although this is a known solution, that particular resolution did not address this particular problem.
It seems to have something to do with defaults being present on the date fields.
The expected behavior is that Toad for SQL Server should be accepting the edits.
