'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' error when switching error logs (4242271)

When the error logs are fairly large in size (around 200mb) the following error appears when switching between them:

'Exception: System.NullReferenceException
Message : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Stack Trace: at Quest.Toad.SqlServer.Dov.SqlServerLogs.SqlServerLogData.ReadData()'

To replicate:
- click "Current" SQL error log
- cancel running task
- click "archive#1" log, don't wait and immediately click "Current" again

WORKAROUND:
None.
