While modifying my code and pressed F5 to execute the code and this error came up, it was working fine up to this point. It does not kill the app, and it does execute the code.
Error may also when connecting to a database. The connection may be successful.

RESOLUTION#1:
Please rename the application data directory:
1. Open about box and click Application Data Directory link, you should have the folder open
2. Close the about box and toad
3. Go one level up and rename the folder
4. Restart toad, and don't migrate settings if you are asked to
5. All the predefined connections should be gone
6. Try create your connection again without checking auto connect box
RESOLUTION #2:
Possible corruption in memory, replace your memory card on the computer. Please consult with your Network Administrator before doing so.
