Formatter options grayed out. -
Description
Some formatter options don't seem to be displayed/enabled as expected. In Options | Editor | Formatter, drill down to List Arrangements. Select something like “Select list” and “Group By list" and the options are grayed out. Others like "Attribute List" are OK.
Formatter settings cannot be adjusted by the user.
