Error selecting rows in Session Monitor for a server that's locked: "Exception: System.IndexOutOf (4226710)

Session Browser was used view server that was in a “stuck” stage as one its sessions was stuck in a stage of killed / rolling back. When user selects any row in Session Browser, below error occurs:

Session Browser works when server is in normal state.

Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for SQL Server.
