Change Database option of right-click menu of Optimizer tab does not change databases.
Description

Change Database option of right-click menu of Optimizer tab does not change databases. Optimizer will still run on the original database.
Cause

This option is only used for Toad and does not effect Optimizer.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Change the database via Connection Manager prior to opening Optimizer.

STATUS:
Enhancement request ER has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Toad for SQL Server.
