Description
When using @@ in queries, the following error occurs in Toad Editor window:
System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

Resolution
1. Select Tools | Options menu option
2. Select Database | Cache from left-side tree
3. Ensure Enable Caching checkbox is checked and select Clear Cache button and hit OK button
