The database restore wizard creates false scripts when:
- PITR with transaction log restore into a recovered state (last statement contains still "norecovery".)
- STOPAT statement is missing although time is given for PITR recovery
This happens when restoring one database to another (overwrite).

This issue was fixed in Toad for SQL Server 6.1. The latest version of Toad can be downloaded here.
