Right click option "Create User like" and "Alter User" doesn't display the window in SAP Hana connections
Description

When using a connection in SAP Hana, if you try to open a window in Toad using the right click "Create User like" and "Alter User", this option is not showing the expected pop-up screen. It quickly flashes on and off without popping-up.
Cause

This issue only happens with SAP HANA connections and is a defect in Toad.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None.
