Issue fixed in version 3.2. The latest version of Toad for SAP Solutions can be downloaded here

This will be included in version 3.2
Notes: We don’t support SSO for HANA database. Connections for ASE, IQ and Anywhere support Kerberos. Unfortunately, there is no plan for HANA in near future.
