Documents stored in database (as type Image) cannot be saved to a file if greater than 32K (4305322)

Toad for Sybase is not fully writing out documents which are > 32K.

When using the popup editor 'Save to file' button from the data grid on a field that is of type 'Image' and saving as a document on the PC, those which are < 32K are fine, but those which are > 32K are not being written out correctly.

e.g a Word document of size 100K has been stored in the database as type 'Image'. When saving it back out the PC using the pop-up editor, the file is saved with a size of 32K. This file is corrupted and cannot be opened.
