Users without SELECT ANY DICTIONARY cannot create scripts for tables, views, or Materlialized Views in Oracle 23c.
Steps to replicate -
- Log into 23c as SCOTT or some user who does not have the SELECT ANY DICTIONARY system privilege
- Go to Schema Browser
- Select a table and go to the RHS Script tab
