Nertwork files opened with sql editor open in read only mode (4335010)

Nertwork files opened with sql editor open in read only mode.
It is possible to edit these files with other editors.
The problem also arises when following the next steps:
1] Copy-paste the contain of the file in read only mode into the toad sql editor.
2]  Save the new file  with toad into another file named t2.sql
3] Close this file( no problem until now : It is possible tomodify the file)
4]  Reopen this file into toad sql editor. The  status is read only again.

Team coding was enabled but it wasn't being used.

1] Go to Utilities | Team coding | Team coding Status | Settings
2] Uncheck option   'Enable Team Coding'

Note: You must log in Toad with a user with the administrator rol. Otherwise the message 'Connection settings will be read-only. For read and write privilege, you must have the administrator rol'   will appear and you will not be able to uncheck the option   'Enable Team Coding'.
