Unable to manually link lines in the Compare Files utility
Description
When using the "Compare Files" utility, you can right-click in a file, click "link" from the context menu and select a line in the other file - it's supposed to then align those two lines. This is not working on this release.

Issue fixed in version 12.8. The latest version of Toad For Oracle can be downloaded at: https://support.quest.com/toad-for-oracle/download-new-releases
