Resolution

RESOLUTION
Open Toad and select Help | Support Bundle.There look for "Toad for Oracle Executable Location" and "User Profile Directory" where:
Toad for Oracle Executable Location is the path where Toad for Oracle is installed
and
User Profile Directory is the path where Toad saves its logs and settings
