Import Table Data Wizard ignores the decimal and thousand separator defined in toad options (4333627)

Steps to reproduce:

1.Go to  View | Toad Options | General  and set the Decimal separator to , and the Thousand separator to .
2.Go to Database | Import | Import Table Data
3.Follow the wizard and select an excel file to import data into the table
4.In the "Specify Source Data Details" check the decimal and thousand separator. They are set to . and ,

WORKAROUND

Change this manually every time the Import Table Data wizard is used
