Make sure Prefix Schema name exists for all objects. In this example the prefix will be za_
Resolution
RESOLUTION
1. Go to View | Toad options | Code Analysis |General and, on the right panel select Edit Rules
2. Click on Create New Rule
3. Enter the Description, the tip and the XPath Expression provided below
//CREATE/ (CLUSTER, DATABASE_LINK, EDITION, FUNCTION_BODY, INDEX, JAVA, MATERIALIZED_VIEW, MATERIALIZED_VIEW_LOG, MATERIALIZED_ZONEMAP, PACKAGE_BODY, PACKAGE_SPEC, PROCEDURE_BODY, SEQUENCE, SYNONYM, TABLE, TRIGGER_BODY, TYPE_SPEC, TYPE_BODY, USER, VIEW) /QNAME    [IDENTIFIER/substring(@value,1, 3) != "za_"]

Note: This is case INsensitive, so all these options work: ZA ,za_ , zA_ or Za)

See if this rule works:

If we create the table below:

CREATE TABLE testRules
(
    col1    NUMBER,
    col2    NUMBER
)

We get this:

Once we add the prefix za_ , rule 7005 should disappear

This rule has been added in Toad for Oracle 13.0 as Rule 2141 ("Make sure the given Schema Prefix name exists for all objects.") .The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded here

You can create rules in the 7000 - 9999 range. This range is reserved for customer usage, and Quest will never write or overwrite anything there.
