Is it possible to prevent that every user on a Citrix server is prompted for the initial settings?

Resolution
Toad copies the User Files from:
c:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\Client Files folder
and prompts the user to set up the initial options.
If you start Toad for the first time and setup all the options and connections the way you want.Then take the User Files and place it into the folder
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\10.6\
then it should work for any users who logs in.
