Error: "ORA-00942: table or view does not exist" when clicking the Create/Recreate TOAD Space Man
Description

When the Toad user is created and necessary privilege, select any Dictionary, is granted, an error is received when clicking on the Create/Recreate TOAD Space Manager button in DBA | Tablespaces:

"ORA-00942: table or view does not exist."
Cause

"Toad" user doesn't have quota on default tablespace.
Resolution

Grant quota on tablespace to "Toad" user.
