Session Browser splitter position moving after minimize/maximize -
Description
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Go to Session Browser
2. Flip to layout where the details are at the bottom
3. Go to the Current Statement tab
4. Resize this window by moving the bar up
5. Minimize and then maximize ToadBug: The position and size have been lost

Issue fixed in version 16. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded here.
