Toad not available when splitting desktop with Windows logo key and left/right arrow using Task View on Windows 10 (4327026)

  When switching between apps using the Windows logo key + Tab, Toad for Oracle appears in the list of available apps and then it is possible to switch to it.   However, when it is necessary to split the desktop using Windows logo key + either Right/Left Arrow, Toad for Oracle is never listed as an available application.

  To reproduce this same behavior in an application, other than Toad for Oracle, hit Windows logo + Right arrow, then release the keys.  On the left side, a list of available apps appears and Toad for Oracle isn't listed, despite the fact that Toad is running.
