In the Schema Browser's Script tab, the script does not show Not Null for columns that are Not Null, or check constraints

Cause
In DBA/ALL/USER_CONSTRAINTS, starting with Oracle version 12.1, a VARCHAR2 version of the SEARCH_CONDITION column was introduced. SEARCH_CONDITION was a LONG datatype. Oracle has already started not populating the SEARCH_CONDITION column in favor of SEARCH_CONDITION_VC. This can be seen in any of the built in database objects (tables owned by SYS, SYSTEM, etc).This column contains important data for both check and foreign key constraints.So Toad, starting with version 12.12, switched to SEARCH_CONDITION_VC for Oracle version 12.1 and newer.As it is shown in the next image.TFO 12.12 uses queries from these tables sys.DBA_ALL_TABLES, sys.DBA_SNAPSHOTS and SYS.DBA_OBJECTS for a better performance, but the side effect of this type of queriy is the end user needs DBA role. -- This doesn't happen with TFO 12.10 -
Resolution
WORKAROUND #1
1. Close Toad for Oracle
2. Go to : C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\12.12\
3. Back up 12.12 folder
4. Open the file Toad.ini located under 12.12\User Files\
5. Under [SETTINGS], add: SEARCH_CONDITION_WORKAROUND=1
6. Save Toad.ini file

On another Service Request the issue started right after applying the last Oracle patches.
SEARCH_CONDITION_VC was not populated so this could be something on Oracle's end.
