Columns with timestamp data type are missing in the Schema Browser when viewing a table. (4322309)

Columns with timestamp data type are missing in the Schema Browser when viewing a table.  When try to query the timestamp column in editor window, get error  "Access Violation at address …..in module’ oranls9.dll" but is able to query column in SQL Plus.

Using an oracle 9i client to connect to an 11g database.

Installed and use an oracle 11gr2 client to resolve the issue.

When using Oracle 9.0.4.1 to query the table with the timestamp column, the following error is commonly seen:

   ORA-01890: NLS error detected.
