I have dual monitors set up for my machine. If I have Toad on the main monitor and try using Toad insight, it works fine. If I have Toad on my secondary monitor and try to use Toad insight, then the pick list does not display.
Toad does not fully support dual monitors.
WORKAROUND 1:
The picklist actually does display, it is just in between the two monitors. You can see just a little sliver of it on the edge of the main screen. You are able to grab the edge and expand it, so you are able to see the picklist.
WORKAROUND 2:
1. Right click on the desktop
2. In the tab settings choose the external Monitor as the primary Monitor.
==> Then starting Toad on this external primary Monitor the Toad insight popups should work as expected.
STATUS:
Waiting for the fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
This issue only seems to happen when the main monitor is set to the right monitor. If the main monitor is on the left side, then the pick list works fine on both monitors.
