Cannot edit field after duplicating a row in the Schema Browser. (4320017)

In the schema browser select a table and on the data grid side select a column, right click and choose to Duplicate Row. I then click on acell in the Duplicated row to edit. Toad will not allow me to edit the field directly. I have to go through the pop up or the single record edit. I can however edit a field when I am not doing a duplicate row.

WORKAROUND:

1. Right click on the data grid and select Row Select
2. Now try the Duplicate Row feature.
3. Click the new row and click on thecell to edit.



STATUS:

Waiting for fix in future release of Toad for Oracle.
